After it installs

  1. Open Evidloom from your Applications folder (Mac), Start menu (Windows), or app launcher (Linux).
  2. The first launch installs the agent runtime (~30 seconds). On Windows you'll see one prompt asking for permission to add a Defender exclusion — click Yes, that's so antivirus doesn't quarantine the runtime files.
  3. Sign in with your Evidloom account, or start a free trial.
  4. Chat with the agent in the dedicated desktop window. To talk to it from your phone, follow the Telegram setup in Settings.
  5. On Linux, to let the agent control your cursor and keyboard, run sudo usermod -aG input "$USER" and log back in. The .deb installs the required device rule for you; with the AppImage, grab it from packaging/linux in the repo.
